Jarrod Harrison
Trumpet
Jarrod has played the trumpet since the age of 6. His
father, mother, grandfather, grandmother and 4 aunties
all played brass. Jarrod really wanted to play drums as
a kid, but due to chemical imbalances between the brain
and the wooden sticks, it didn't quite happen. Later,
test revealed that he had trace elements of brass in his
blood.....go figure!
He has experience in many different musical styles from
Brass Band, to Big Band, to Musical Theater, to Funk.
After spending 2 years playing on Cruise ships, he has
decided to make Adelaide his home town and is very happy
to be a regular member of Chesterfield Brass, as well
as several other ensembles in town.
Look for Jarrods energetic and mostly ridiculous dance
moves on stage. . .
